Tiffany April

 THE ARTIST

Tiffany April is a visual artist living and working in Ottawa. April’s work includes paintings and installations involving projection and reflectivity. Her practice has evolved through her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts at Concordia University (2014), and the completion of her MFA at the University of Ottawa (2019). April also attended TAKT residency in Berlin, Germany (2015), and has exhibited in Berlin, South Korea, and London (UK - upcoming). In 2020, April was shortlisted for the RBC Emerging Artist Award. Her work is internationally collected and has been included in the City of Ottawa’s art collection in 2018 and 2021, and Invest in Canada’s private collection (2022). She has participated in Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (2021) and was awarded a spot in the Untapped section at The Artist Project (2022).
